Overview
We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under certain conditions.
Return Window & Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 (or 30) days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Certain items (e.g. final sale, hygiene-sensitive goods) may be non-returnable.
How to Return / Exchange
- Contact us with your order number, reason, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- We’ll send you return instructions (address, label or pickup) if applicable.
- Pack item securely; include proof of purchase.
- Once we receive & inspect, we’ll confirm eligibility and process.
Refunds / Credits
- If approved, refunds (minus shipping, if any) are issued via original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days (or as per bank) to reflect.
- Exchanges are processed after the returned item is approved.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- You bear the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to our error).
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
- Opened / used items
- Damaged packaging due to customer mishandling
- Gift cards
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or wrong items, inform us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping.
