Overview
We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under certain conditions.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 (or 30) days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Certain items (e.g. final sale, hygiene-sensitive goods) may be non-returnable.

How to Return / Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number, reason, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions (address, label or pickup) if applicable.
  3. Pack item securely; include proof of purchase.
  4. Once we receive & inspect, we’ll confirm eligibility and process.

Refunds / Credits

  • If approved, refunds (minus shipping, if any) are issued via original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 business days (or as per bank) to reflect.
  • Exchanges are processed after the returned item is approved.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • You bear the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened / used items
  • Damaged packaging due to customer mishandling
  • Gift cards

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or wrong items, inform us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping.
